Qualification: Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AI/ML development and project management. Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data analysis tools (Python, R).
  • Previous experience in leading or managing a team of AI/ML professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver AI/ML projects on time and within scope.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of solving complex AI/ML challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data engineering, data preprocessing, and feature engineering is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML or project management are advantageous

Job Description:

  • Interaction with client and project team.
  • Code review and guiding the other team member to solve their technical issues Entire SDLC framework: IDA (Integrated Development Environment).
  • Technology bench marking experience.
  • Candidate should be self driven and capable of generating PoC (Proof of concepts).
  • Conversant with CMMi L3 framework.
  • Test the application and remove bug as reported by any third party such as STQC.
  • Take ownership and maintain the application code versions.
  • Make improvements and changes in the application as per need.
  • Maintain the application to meet the SLAs.
  • Write all relevant documents such as Test Reports, Deployment Script, User Manual/SOP, Technical Manual, Traceability Matrix etc.
  • Daily health check & Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
