Site inspection and billing processes involve multiple stakeholders, field activities, validations and approvals. Managing these activities efficiently requires information captured at site to move through a structured workflow from inspection through review and final bill confirmation.
CS TECH Ai developed a web and mobile-based platform to support site inspections and billing through an integrated digital workflow. The solution brought field engineers, principal engineers, administrators, customers and vendors onto a common platform for managing inspection, compliance, approvals and billing activities.
Our Approach
The platform was designed around the complete site-inspection workflow, enabling field information to be captured, validated, reviewed and progressed through defined approval stages.
Field engineers could visit sites, conduct inspections, geotag locations, capture detailed images and validate inspection data. Principal engineers could manage workloads, assign inspections and regions, and review or revise submitted information.
