January 21, 2026 – CS TECH Ai’s (Ceinsys Tech) has received a work order for the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) and its appointment as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects in the Vasai–Virar region.

The assignment covers key locations including Vasai Road (East), Navghar (Zone-5), and Vasai Village (Zone-7), under the jurisdiction of the Vasai–Virar City Municipal Corporation. The total value of the contract stands at Rs. 12.21 crore.

This project represents an important step toward improving urban infrastructure and environmental sustainability in one of the rapidly developing regions of Maharashtra. As part of its role, CS TECH Ai will be responsible for preparing comprehensive DPRs that outline technical, financial, and operational aspects of the STP projects.

Additionally, as PMC, the company will oversee project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

The development of modern sewage treatment facilities is essential for managing wastewater effectively, reducing environmental impact, and supporting public health. Through this engagement, CS TECH Ai will contribute to enhancing sanitation standards and promoting sustainable urban growth in the Vasai–Virar area.
