March 31, 2026 – CS TECH Ai (Ceinsys Tech Limited) has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for a large-scale digital transformation project.

The company has been appointed as the implementation agency for the design, development, and maintenance of an Integrated Project Management System, along with a 3D Urban Spatial Digital Model and a web-based GIS platform.

The contract, valued at Rs. 41.25 crore (excluding taxes) represents a significant milestone for CS TECH Ai and reinforces its expertise in delivering advanced geospatial and digital solutions for government bodies. The project is aimed at enhancing MHADA’s planning, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities through the adoption of modern, technology-driven systems.

The Integrated Project Management System will enable streamlined project tracking, improved coordination, and real-time reporting. In parallel, the 3D Urban Spatial Digital Model will provide a detailed and interactive representation of urban environments, supporting better visualization and planning of housing and infrastructure projects.

The web-based GIS platform will further enhance accessibility to spatial data, enabling more informed and efficient governance.

Together, these solutions are expected to bring greater transparency, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making to MHADA’s initiatives. The project aligns with the broader vision of smart urban development and digital governance, contributing to improved service delivery and sustainable city planning.
