January 16, 2026 – CS TECH Ai’s (Ceinsys Tech Limited) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for two major technology-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing urban infrastructure management. The combined value of the contracts stands at Rs. 19.61 crore (excluding GST).

The first project focuses on designing and implementing a robust Change Detection System for effective urban monitoring and management, valued at Rs. 11.34 crore. This system will enable authorities to track and analyze changes in urban landscapes using advanced geospatial technologies.

It will support better decision-making by identifying unauthorized developments, monitoring land use changes, and improving overall urban governance.

The second project involves the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for critical infrastructure components such as viaducts, tunnels, and stations, with a contract value of Rs. 8.26 crore. BIM technology allows for detailed digital representations of physical infrastructure, enabling improved planning, design coordination, and lifecycle management of complex projects.

Together, these initiatives are expected to significantly enhance MMRDA’s capabilities in infrastructure planning, monitoring, and execution. The integration of change detection and BIM technologies will promote greater accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in managing large-scale urban projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
